Services

  • Professional and experienced personnel to manage start and finish
  • Full finish line management and equipment including finish line chute and digital display clock
  • Finish Line Inflatable arch
  • Electronic (chip) timing
  • Printed race results (unless place cards are used)
  • Overall race results and age group award reports processed during race
  • Place cards for manual timing (Grandfather Clause – Case by Case basis)
  • Bib numbers

Optional services available at an additional charge

  • Announcer station – shows names of racers for announcing incoming racers
  • Safety Cone rental and/or placement

Zulu Racing Uses MyLaps BibTag Timing System

Pricing (Chip Timing is accomplished with MyLaps (disposable) BibTag System)

Zulu Chip Timing – 1000 racers or less = $700 flat fee and $2.50 per racer

Zulu Chip Timing – 1001 racers or more = $900 flat fee and $2.50 per racer

Manual Timing is accomplished with Bib pull tabs or finish line cards depending on race size:NOTE*** (Grandfather clause applies to all Past Manual Timed Customers. These are taken on a case by case basis)

Zulu Manual Timing – 300 racers or less = $900 flat fee

Zulu Manual Timing – 301 to 500 racers = $1,100 flat fee

Races over 500 participants will require chipped/BibTag timing
