Zulu Racing Uses MyLaps BibTag Timing System

Pricing (Chip Timing is accomplished with MyLaps (disposable) BibTag System)

Zulu Chip Timing – 1000 racers or less = $750 Set up/Equipment fee and $2.50 per racer

Zulu Chip Timing – 1001 racers or more = $950 Set up/Equipment fee and $2.50 per racer

  • Permits, city, Officers Coordinator – $1,200
  • Consultation (Includes Packet/Manual) - $350
  • Registration Management/Database Management – $250
  • Labels and Tagging – $150
  • Cone Rental – $1 per/cone
  • Course set up (water stations/Cones) – $150 (for 5K distance – add $50 for each distance above 5K)
  • Coordinate and attain Race Insurance and Sanction with USATF – $50
  • Coordinate with local vendors (tables, tents, chairs) – $150
  • Sound System Rental – $150
  • Two-Way Motorola Radio Rentals – $25/piece (Up to 6)
  • Announcer Station and/or Start Mats – $600
